Fill out the lab order form for your case and package it along with the impression/model, bite record into a small plastic ziploc bag.

Place in all cases in box and seal it. Sign all the pre arranged documents and attach it on the box and ship.
Box and Ship
We receive your cases in the lab within 2 day. Once received, we start working on the cases immediately.
Once shipped we receive your case within 2 days and immediately start working on it
For case related queries, we reach out via call or email in 1 business day.

We send you an itemized invoice for the shipment and ship the ready cases back to you once the payment is made.
